Holy buckets, it is HOT out. We had a little air conditioning situation this week at work which turned our office into a mini hot box, yay!! (pstt sarcasm) Trying to find an outfit that keeps you comfortable in the heat but is still work appropriate is sometimes difficult. Maxi dress it is! I bought this sleeveless dress at Forever 21 this spring for our trip to Mexico, and I've been very happy with this summer staple. You can layer it like I've done here or keep it simple and add some jewels. Yes, I'm drinking a giant cup of water.. hydration is cool, okay?
